Hot start primer block Master Mix is a ready-to-use mix containing Hot Start Taq- antibody based DNA Polymerase and a Hot Start Binding Protein. The Hot Start DNA Polymerase combines Taq DNA polymerase and a specific antibody that inhibits the polymerase activity at ambient temperature and activated by heat treatment. Hot Start Binding Protein is a novel hot-start technology which inactivate primers. The optimized buffer and hot-start technology used in this premixed enhances the specificity and sensitivity of PCR .The green dye allows direct loading of PCR products on to gels for electrophoresis.
