Description

Nuclease contamination in components used for nucleic acid extraction and analysis can contribute to experimental inconsistency and sometimes even experimental failure. In trying to identify the sources of contamination, it is easy to overlook the water used either to prepare reagents or to resuspend precipitated RNA.

Ultrapure Nuclease-Free Water is pure, quality-tested water ideal for use in all experiments that need nuclease-free water, including molecular biology applications. Nuclease-Free Water is prepared in a proprietary procedure, which yields DNase, RNase, and nuclease-free, deionized water without the use of chemical additives, such as diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC). Nuclease-Free Water is provided in nuclease-free containers.
