SYBR Green I Nucleic Acid Gel Stain

SYBR Green I Gel Stain offers greater sensitivity for dsDNA and make it ideal for detecting double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in electrophoretic gels especially when the presence of contaminating RNA or ssDNA might obscure results. It is one of the most sensitive stains available, capable of detecting as little as 60 pg of dsDNA per band.it can be used to visualize DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis by the methods of pre- or post-staining.Besides dsDNA, it can also stain single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and RNA in denaturing gels
