YTA 50bp DNA ladder is a perfect mixture for defining the size of double-stranded DNA from 50 to 1000 bp. YTA 50bp DNA ladder contains of 13 bands double-stranded fragments. This Ladder is ideal for quick sizing of PCR products and approximate quantification on agarose gels. The 250 and 500 base pair bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. This 50bp DNA ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
