Plant Genomic DNA Extraction Mini Kit

The FavorPrep™ Plant Genomic DNA Extraction Mini Kit provide a rapid and easy to use method  purification of DNA from plant tissue and culture. This kit specially designed for genomic DNA extraction from plant tissue or cultured plant cells without the need for hazardous reagents such as phenol. Silica-based FAPG Column and FAPG3 Buffer are specially designed for plant genomic DNA extraction with optimal performance. By this kit the genomic DNA including nuclear DNA, mitochondrial DNA and chloroplast DNA can be purified from fresh and frozen plant tissues or plant cells. The isolated DNA is of the highest integrity, and can be used in  downstream applications including PCR, qPCR, SNP, Southern blotting and sequencing
