Description
YTA Loading Dye (6×) is a mixer loading buffer with two tracking dyes for agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It contains a compound to render your samples denser than the running buffer, so that the samples sink in the well when loading; and a dye that migrates during electrophoresis at a similar rate to DNA. Bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol are used in this mixture as the standard tracking dyes for electrophoresis.

Specification:
- assayed for absence of endonuclease, exonuclease and no RNase activity.
- Add 1 volume of 6× Gel Loading Dye to 5 volumes of DNA sample.
- Contents : Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), Bromophenol Blue, Xylene Cyanol, Glycerol and EDTA.
Storage :
- Store at RT or at 4˚C for up to 12 months. For longer periods, store at -20˚C.
