YTA-One-Step RT PCR Master Mix is designed for the synthesis of cDNA and the simultaneous amplification of the target sequence in a single reaction.
YTA- One Step RT-PCR Mastermix Kit consists of one vial containing buffer and another vial containing the necessary enzymes for the reaction. The enzymatic mix in the One-Step Mastermix for PCR includes MMLV reverse transcriptase for reverse transcription, RNase inhibitor, and DNA polymerase for the amplification of the target sequence. The buffer provided in the Yekta Tajhiz Azma One-Step Mastermix Kit contains an optimized buffer for reverse transcription and cDNA amplification, nucleotides, and stabilizers. After completing the reaction using a thermal cycler, analyze the products by running them on an agarose gel using the Loading Dye included in the kit.
