YTA-Multiplex PCR Mastermix 2X with UDG is a ready-to-use mastermix that helps prevent contamination in PCR reactions due to the presence of Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG).
UDG enzyme rapidly cleaves uracil-containing sequences. As a result, any PCR products from previous reactions that incorporated dUTP are degraded before the PCR begins, effectively preventing carryover contamination.
In addition, the mastermix contains HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase along with an optimized buffer system, which enhances both efficiency and sensitivity of the reaction.
This product is designed for the simultaneous detection and analysis of multiple genes in a single PCR reaction (within one reaction vial).
